Initial Contact: Start by calling or emailing us to express interest in our program. Our team will provide an overview of available services and determine placements on your child’s/children age and care requirements.

Schedule a Tour: Arrange a visit to Dreamcatchers Care for a guided tour of our facility. We host tours every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 2:30 pm. You’ll see our engaging classrooms, meet our dedicated staff, and experience the welcoming environment we offer.

Review Policies and Enrollment Requirements: In this step, we will discuss essential details about our policies, including attendance expectations, health and safety guidelines, and uniform requirements. We will also highlight enrichment programs like “Mighty Cubs,” which emphasizes physical wellness, along with our engaging curriculum tailored to meet every child's developmental needs.

Enrollment Forms: You’ll receive all necessary enrollment documents via email to finalize registration. Please provide any required supporting documentation, including medical information and emergency contacts, for a smooth enrollment process.

Confirm Schedule and Start Date: Once paperwork is complete, we’ll work with you to confirm your child’s schedule. Whether it’s for our regular programming, aftercare, or full-time care during pre-K breaks, we’ll find a start date that works best for your family.

Welcome to Dreamcatchers Care: Once enrolled, we’ll provide resources to ease your family’s transition, including a welcome packet with program information and a calendar of upcoming events like family activities and seasonal meet-and-greets.
